Principal Solutions Engineer

Overview

Principal Solutions Engineer to lead customer and partner solution development, including architecture and deployment for an AI acceleration platform.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary technical interface and trusted advisor for strategic customers and partners.
• Lead end-to-end engagements from technical discovery through proof-of-concept and production deployment.
• Support pre-sales by articulating solution value propositions and competitive performance benchmarks.
• Architect and build reference applications, demos, and customer evaluation platforms for multiple verticals.
• Help customers integrate AI models, perception pipelines, multi-modal systems, and AI agents into end-to-end solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software integration and optimize performance, latency, throughput, and power efficiency.
• Develop technical documentation, tutorials, training materials, and enablement collateral.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in solutions/field applications/technical marketing engineering or related customer-facing roles in semiconductor or AI.
• Track record bringing complex hardware/software products to market and driving adoption via end-to-end integration.
• Strong software development experience using Python and C++.
• Hands-on AI/ML framework experience including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or ONNX Runtime, plus inference optimization and model deployment.
• Strong understanding of AI workloads, optimization, heterogeneous SoC architectures, software stacks, and system integration.
• Experience with embedded Linux systems, heterogeneous compute platforms, or AI accelerators.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse technical and executive audiences.

• Location: US Remote.
• Salary range: $200,000 to $250,000 USD per year.
