Overview
Lead enterprise service management architecture, governance, delivery, and continuous improvement across Haleon's technology landscape, with a strong focus on ServiceNow.
What you'll do
- Own product strategy and architecture for enterprise platforms and services.
- Design solution architectures, platform roadmaps, and future-state architectures.
- Oversee delivery, support, stability, and operational performance of assigned platforms.
- Lead Product DevOps Squads using Agile delivery methods.
- Manage transformation programmes and workstreams across assigned portfolios.
- Design large-scale integrations and common tooling architectures.
- Provide platform, service, operational, and programme reporting to leadership.
What you'll need
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise service management, ServiceNow, enterprise architecture, IT operations, or related domains.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience governing enterprise-scale service management platforms in large global organizations.
- Experience delivering complex technology programmes, platform transformations, and large-scale implementations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, Agile squads, and Managed Service Providers.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.
- Experience developing solution designs, technology roadmaps, enterprise architectures, and large-scale integrations.
Nice to have
- Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture, implementation, and governance.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, or Technical Architect.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, event management, capacity management, and command centre operations.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, Release Management, Product Ownership, and ServiceNow PPM.
- Experience with AQM, TOSCA, or global HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and ERP functions.
