Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Analyst role within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, focused on accounts payable processes, invoice processing and procurement compliance.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion and improve discount capture using preferred suppliers.
• Confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving.
• Manage the order sequence of procurement and financial processes end to end.
• Design, implement, manage and support accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies and applications.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, manage purchase and non-purchase orders, and perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Accounts Payable Process (P4).
