Procure to Pay Operations Associate

Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate focused on Procure to Pay/Accounts Payable operations, including travel and expenses audit and processing within TAT.

What you'll do

• Manage travel and expenses claims by reviewing and auditing them.
• Monitor T&E processing and ensure it is completed within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT).
• Handle client queries within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT).
• Perform end-to-end T&E audit & controlling processing.
• Apply accounting knowledge, analytical abilities, and communication skills to support operations.

What you'll need

• Have 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Hold any Graduation degree.
• Be able to work under any given shifts.
• Use SAP S/4HANA and Advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and management reporting.
• Comply with DTPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
