Procure to Pay Operations Associate

Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate role focused on end-to-end payment processing operations and support for vendor payments and T&E claims.

What you'll do

• Execute regular and urgent payment runs and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Review payment proposals, validate payment details, and monitor payment status.
• Reconcile bank accounts with manual clearing and clear manual and direct debit payments.
• Handle payment exceptions including rejections, returns, and bank issues.
• Manage helpdesk queries related to payments, invoice status, and travel & expenses claims.
• Review and audit T&E claims and identify policy violations, discrepancies, and duplicate claims.
• Track and resolve tickets within defined SLA/TAT and coordinate with finance, treasury, banks, technical teams, and vendors.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any Graduation (qualification requirement).
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end payment processing.
• Knowledge of accounts payable or payment processing.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting.
• Experience with ERP tools like SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk tools and the ability to comply with DTPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.
