Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate aligned to Finance Operations, supporting Accounts Payable activities and helping analyze and reconcile procurement/payment operational data.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data and reports to determine financial outcomes.
• Conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Work across the procure-to-pay cycle from ordering to final payment.
• Design and implement accounts payable (through relevant processes, policies, and applications).
• Manage and support accounts payable activities for an organization.
• Handle invoice-related work including invoice processing and PO & non-PO scenarios.

What you'll need

• Any graduation qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Ability to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Experience relevant to accounts payable activities, including vendor payment and invoice processing.
• Ability to reconcile transactions.
• Capacity to work with moderate and detailed instructions on tasks and new assignments.
