Overview

Procure to Pay Operations New Associate within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, focused on accounts payable invoice processing and the end-to-end procurement and financial process.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving.
• Look after the order sequence of procurement and financial processes end to end.
• Handle the systematic processing of incoming invoices: verify accuracy, match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiate payment.
• Manage purchase and non-purchase orders and two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Handle disputes.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work closely with project members to deliver on requirements as an individual contributor within a team with a defined scope of work.
