Procurement Contract & Bid Administration Senior Professional

Overview

Senior procurement professional supporting project, tender and execution phases with on-time supply chain support for the Project delivery and service organization.

What you'll do

• Work with a cross-functional team to provide on-time supply chain support during project, tender and execution phases.
• Purchase materials according to required technical specification, price, delivery schedule and terms.
• Ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.
• Plan and execute procurement activities for projects to support achievement of cost/budget, schedule and supply quality objectives.
• Maintain a primary interface with the Project Manager, project team and category teams on all SCM matters.
• Apply project procurement procedures and planning, and ensure appropriate implementation and compliance with SCM instructions.
• Monitor project procurement status and update the project management and SCM team of any issues.
• Proactively work to resolve issues related to procurement cost, quality and delivery.
• Ensure RfQs are issued in compliance with the sourcing strategy.
• Ensure cost reduction and project budget savings targets are met.
• Manage supplier relationships in partnership with regional and Global Category Management teams.
