Procurement Process Supervisor

Overview

Procurement Process Supervisor (Assistant Manager) role supporting Global Procurement initiatives across analytics, policy/compliance monitoring, reporting, process governance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead and maintain procurement reporting, analytics, KPIs, and management information.
• Analyze spend and transactional data to identify trends, risks, savings, and non-compliance.
• Monitor compliance with procurement policies, purchasing controls, approved suppliers, buying channels, and governance requirements.
• Support end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle activities.
• Support supplier onboarding, governance, performance monitoring, and related analysis.
• Design, develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for procurement analytics and reporting.

What you'll need

• Must have strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory).
• Must have at least 3 years of related experience.
• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in one of: Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or related.
• Must have hands-on experience with databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.
• Must have solid understanding of database concepts (indexes, joins, normalization, constraints).
• Must be able to analyze large datasets and improve query performance.
• Must have reporting experience with Power BI and advanced MS Excel (or similar).
