ProdOps Engineer

Overview

Monitor and maintain critical technology infrastructure, resolve complex technical issues, and improve operational stability as a ProdOps Engineer.

What you'll do

• Monitor and maintain critical technology infrastructure.
• Resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on hardware and software.
• Analyse logs, error messages, and user reports to identify root causes.
• Develop support models and service offerings.
• Automate support activities and enhance monitoring.
• Manage service-impacting risks, capacity, resiliency, and business continuity activities.

What you'll need

• Experience managing and supporting Azure and M365 tenant environments.
• Experience administering Exchange and Proofpoint email security solutions.
• Experience scripting and automating tasks using PowerShell.
• Experience with Citrix cloud environments.
• In-depth technical knowledge in the assigned area of expertise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Splunk, ESAAS, and Rubrik monitoring or backup tools.
• Knowledge of Copilot, Cyber Resiliency, and Splunk Cloud.
• Knowledge of GCP as a recovery platform.
• Additional scripting experience.
