Overview
Product Coordinator I coordinates global product introduction and change-management workflows for Solenis products and raw materials, ensuring approvals, data integrity, and system updates in SAP and Lotus Notes.
What you'll do
- Coordinate global introduction and change management for products and raw materials.
- Facilitate NPI (new product introduction) and changes to existing products across regions.
- Assess NPI requests for completeness and clarity and determine approval tasks and approvers.
- Maintain and govern product and material data in SAP and product specifications/changes in Lotus Notes.
- Create and manage materials and product recipes/workflows in SAP through master data processes.
- Follow up across departments to resolve issues and complete sub-process reviews/approvals.
- Run periodic SAP reports to validate and govern critical product information and coordinate corrections.
What you'll need
- Experience coordinating product introduction and change-management processes.
- Ability to interpret requests to determine necessary steps and approvers.
- Knowledge of SAP material master workflows and SAP recipe management module.
- Ability to maintain and manage product specifications and NPI system changes in Lotus Notes.
- Experience ensuring data integrity throughout the product life cycle.
- Ability to safeguard proprietary information with authorized need-to-know access.
