Job description
Overview
Product Engineer focused on technology development and advanced product development for thermal/HVAC&R systems.
What you'll do
- Own projects end-to-end from start to end.
- Develop and validate GT-SUITE, analytical, and mathematical models.
- Conduct design calculations for thermal, machine design, and fluid mechanics.
- Coordinate prototype build and performance testing with labs.
- Analyze test reports, resolve performance issues, and handle design reviews.
- Plan, schedule, and manage risks to meet project timelines and KPIs.
What you'll need
- Master’s Degree in Thermal Engineering / Heat Power.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in technology development or related areas.
- Strong foundation in thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, structural mechanics, and mechanical design.
- Hands-on concept development through validation and product testing correlation.
- Model development, calibration, validation, and troubleshooting for thermodynamic/fluid/mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in engineering tools including DFMEA, VAVE, and DOE (required).
