Product Engineer Technology Development

Overview

Product Engineer focused on technology development and advanced product development for thermal/HVAC&R systems.

What you'll do

• Own projects end-to-end from start to end.
• Develop and validate GT-SUITE, analytical, and mathematical models.
• Conduct design calculations for thermal, machine design, and fluid mechanics.
• Coordinate prototype build and performance testing with labs.
• Analyze test reports, resolve performance issues, and handle design reviews.
• Plan, schedule, and manage risks to meet project timelines and KPIs.

What you'll need

• Master’s Degree in Thermal Engineering / Heat Power.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in technology development or related areas.
• Strong foundation in thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, structural mechanics, and mechanical design.
• Hands-on concept development through validation and product testing correlation.
• Model development, calibration, validation, and troubleshooting for thermodynamic/fluid/mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in engineering tools including DFMEA, VAVE, and DOE (required).
