Product Expert, SAP O2C Diagnostics

Overview

Product Expert for SAP Order to Cash (O2C) diagnostics within Zoetis's Global ERP organization at the Zoetis India Capability Center in Hyderabad. Acts as internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solutions, working with business partners and reporting to the ZICC Product Lead or Product Owner.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and design solutions.
• Act as internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solutions, working with business partners.
• Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability and functionality so end users can meet business objectives.
• Review and analyze solution enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource and cost estimates.
• Be responsible for SAP Order to Cash and Devices Equipment, reporting to the ZICC Product Lead or Product Owner.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides and release notes.
• Perform continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency.
• Carry out solution design and implementation and rollouts of SAP Treasury modules, ensuring operational efficiency and meeting key performance indicators (about 40% of time).
• Ensure testing and quality assurance, process optimization and automation, reporting and analytics, and governance and compliance (about 20% of time).
• Deliver WRICEF objects, ensuring cross-functional integration and efficient integration with external systems (about 20% of time).
• Lead and manage the team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals, and mentor team members (about 20% of time).
• Interact with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
• Participate in project planning, risk assessment and scheduling for SAP projects.
• Interact with external vendors or partners that provide software or services to be integrated with SAP systems, and work with implementation partners deploying or maintaining integrated solutions.
• Coordinate with developers and the development team to implement integration solutions, share knowledge and address technical challenges.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's in business management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of combined SAP O2C experience with multiple full life cycle implementations.
• Experience in service management and warranties.
• Domain expertise in commercial processes and solutions, order management, services management, repairs and warranties processes, and integration with logistics processes.
• Solid grasp of indirect sales processing.
• Knowledge and experience with bio device, diagnostics device and service processes and warehouse management, required to support all team leads.
• Experience with GATP, GTS, DMR and Vistex.
• Experience with key integration areas in planning, intercompany sales, finance and logistics.
• Demonstrated experience of IT practices and international projects, including project management, operational service delivery and large project implementations.
• Experience participating in complex SAP implementation and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP/S/4HANA systems with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Identify, propose and influence technology solutions to build and maintain the optimal data and infrastructure architecture to support reporting requirements.
• Experience with configuration of SAP ECC 6.0, CS and SD modules in several or all of: master data, equipment sales and servicing, material serial profile, functional location and warranties, service notification and service order, pricing and taxation, resource related billing (RRB), periodic and milestone billing, customer leasing and integration with finance, demand planning and IC billing.
• Working knowledge of SM/CS integration with CRM tools such as SFDC.
• Hands-on experience identifying and working through O2C user exits and directing ABAP developers; ability to debug as needed.
• Extensive experience with configuration of SAP ECC/S/4 SD modules in several or all of: master data and customer hierarchy, pricing, Vistex, rebates and charge backs, country-specific taxation, order management and services management, billing and accounts receivable, deduction and collection management, EDI and API-based integrations to third-party systems, and batch and serial number management.

Nice to have

• Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceuticals industry.
• Experience in SAP HANA CS and CRM/Hybris.

• Location: Hyderabad, India (Zoetis India Capability Center).
• Regular working hours are 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC second shift), with more overlap with the EST time zone sometimes required during production go-live.
• Full-time role.
