Overview

Lead the design, development and implementation of SAP solutions as a Tech Lead within Genpact's Enterprise Application - SAP practice.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance of SAP implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems.
• Stay current with SAP technologies and recommend best practices for system enhancements and upgrades.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's degree in Software Engineering.
• Required skill: SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Language: English, proficient (C2).
