Product Lead - AI Stockbroking

Overview

Lead major product areas for BJAK's AI Stockbroking business, owning product direction, execution, quality and outcomes across multiple workstreams or squads.

What you'll do

• Lead product direction for major AI Stockbroking areas.
• Define priorities, roadmaps, product standards and success metrics.
• Guide product, design and engineering teams toward execution.
• Translate regulatory, operational and business constraints into product decisions.
• Drive launch quality, post-launch learning and continuous improvement.
• Build a product culture focused on speed, clarity, user value and measurement.

What you'll need

• Strong experience leading digital product areas.
• Balance strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering and business outcomes.
• Strong judgment on prioritization, trade-offs and product sequencing.
• Work effectively through ambiguity, rapid change and senior stakeholder pressure.
• Simplify complex financial products into usable journeys.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading or mentoring PMs, Product Owners or cross-functional squads.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or regulated products.
