Product Lifecycle New Product Program Manager

Overview

Lead the full lifecycle of New Product Introductions (NPI) within Cisco's Supply Chain Product Operations team, driving cross-functional teams from concept through launch and post-launch support.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for New Product Introductions (NPI), from initial concept through to launch and post-launch support.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Monitor project performance, manage budget allocations, and provide consistent status updates to stakeholders.
• Drive process enhancements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of product lifecycle management frameworks.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on product development or product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams and complex projects without direct authority within a fast-paced environment.
• Expert-level understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Validated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Prior experience within the technology or networking industry.
