Product Management Intern

Overview

Support the Payments & Fees product manager with payment-service improvements, data analysis, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

What you'll do

• Draft, organize, track, and prioritize tickets for payment-service changes.
• Gather stakeholder context and prepare materials for provider meetings.
• Query payment data with SQL and help maintain performance dashboards.
• Flag payment-flow anomalies and assemble data for investigations.
• Maintain documentation for payment flows, fee structures, and operational processes.
• Participate in agile meetings with engineering, operations, compliance, and support teams.

What you'll need

• Currently pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Show interest in payments, fintech, and financial systems.
• Have strong attention to detail and a logical, curious mindset.
• Be comfortable working with data and willing to learn SQL.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Have demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools.

Nice to have

• Prior SQL experience.
• Internship, project, or extracurricular experience in product, fintech, data analysis, or startups.

Details

• Remote role in Brazil.
• Full-time independent contractor position.
• Compensation is $800 USD gross.
