Product Management Intern

Overview

Support the Payments & Fees product manager with payment-service improvements, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and process documentation.

What you'll do

• Draft, organize, track, and follow up on payment-service tickets.
• Gather stakeholder context and prepare provider-meeting materials.
• Query payment data with SQL and support performance dashboards.
• Flag payment-flow anomalies and assemble data for investigations.
• Maintain documentation for payment flows, fee structures, and processes.
• Participate in agile meetings with cross-functional teams.

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Interest in payments, fintech, and financial systems.
• Comfort working with data and willingness to learn SQL.
• Strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving ability.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with SQL.
• Internship, project, or extracurricular experience in product, fintech, data analysis, or startups.
