Product Management - Manager

Overview

Lead the development and implementation of innovative software products within PwC Acceleration Center India's Technology Consulting practice, managing teams and delivering quality results for clients.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
• Manage and mentor teams to enhance their skills and deliver quality software products
• Design, code, and test applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.NET
• Oversee the application of software development methodologies and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Utilize API management and microservices to enhance software integration and functionality
• Conduct code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain software standards
• Implement continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline software deployment
• Encourage the adoption of AI-human collaboration and digital tooling to improve software development processes
• Address and resolve conflicts or issues within the team and with clients to maintain project timelines and deliverables

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Strong product fundamentals and product sense: owns a product surface end-to-end, including discovery, roadmap, prioritization, launch, and iteration
• Can defend why this problem, this quarter
• 6+ years in product management, including a zero-to-one product
• Requirements and stakeholder craft: elicits needs from business and technical stakeholders, writes clear PRDs and acceptance criteria, and manages senior stakeholders and clients with honesty and calibration
• Hands-on with AI tools in their own workflow, has used AI-assisted tooling to produce working prototypes, wireframes, or internal tools
• Practical understanding of how AI products behave: knows outputs are probabilistic, has thought about how to tell whether a model's answers are actually good, and can talk sensibly about accuracy, cost, latency, and where AI is the wrong tool
• Data-informed decision-making: defines metrics before building, runs experiments, reads a funnel, and connects product decisions to business outcomes
• Design and UX instinct, comfortable producing high-fidelity interactive wireframes and reasoning about interaction patterns
• Domain expertise in financial services, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, or public sector
• Depth in AI evaluation, has built or specified test sets and quality benchmarks for generative and agentic features
• Technical background in engineering, data, or solution architecture, with enough code fluency to read a PR and challenge an architecture
