What you'll do

• Develop innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
• Design, code, and test applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address software engineering challenges
• Utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to build scalable applications
• Implement continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline software development processes
• Conduct code reviews and adhere to coding standards to maintain software quality
• Engage in business requirements analysis to align software solutions with client needs
• Apply knowledge of application frameworks and enterprise application architecture to optimize software design
• Manage software project planning and execution to meet project timelines and deliverables
• Leverage AI fluency and AI-human collaboration to enhance software capabilities and innovation

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Strong product fundamentals and product sense: owns a product surface end-to-end (discovery, roadmap, prioritization, launch, iteration) and can defend why this problem, this quarter
• 6+ years in product management, including a zero-to-one product
• Requirements and stakeholder craft: elicits needs from business and technical stakeholders, writes clear PRDs and acceptance criteria, and manages senior stakeholders and clients with honesty and calibration
• Hands-on with AI tools in their own workflow, having used AI-assisted tooling to produce working prototypes, wireframes, or internal tools
• Practical understanding of how AI products behave: knows outputs are probabilistic, has thought about evaluating model answer quality, and can discuss accuracy, cost, latency, and where AI is the wrong tool
• Data-informed decision-making: defines metrics before building, runs experiments, reads a funnel, and connects product decisions to business outcomes
• Design and UX instinct, including high-fidelity interactive wireframes and reasoning about interaction patterns
• Domain expertise in financial services, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, or public sector
• Depth in AI evaluation, having built or specified test sets and quality benchmarks for generative and agentic features
• Technical background in engineering, data, or solution architecture, with enough code fluency to read a PR and challenge an architecture
• Advanced skills in software engineering and product innovation
• AI fluency and AI-human collaboration in strategic advising
• Analytical thinking and strategic questioning to solve complex problems
• Leading teams through ambiguity with composure and sound judgment
• Client management and delivering impactful messages
• Innovating processes with continuous integration and delivery methodologies
