Senior Product Lead

Overview

Product Lead within the Payments Channel and Reporting Crew, responsible for developing and delivering data delivery for the Payments Domain and leading a team of data delivery experts.

What you'll do

• Define the squad product vision, goals and roadmap aligned with the Payments Channel and Reporting Crew objectives and purpose.
• Develop and design engineering solutions for products and platforms to address identified needs or opportunities.
• Build and prioritise the Squad backlog in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a squad of team members including engineers, creating a psychologically safe, inclusive, accountable and high-performance culture.
• Identify risk, dependencies and issues for the squad in line with excellent management of operational risk and compliance outcomes.
• Stay abreast of external market trends - regulatory, economics and innovation.
• Build and foster strong relationships across the product value chain, key PCRS stakeholders within and outside the payments domain, and L1 Risk to ensure efficient delivery of strategic initiatives and resolution of issues.
• Deliver the new data, modernisation of existing data capabilities and the strategic roadmap for future state data delivery.

What you'll need

• Engineering background and payments domain expertise.
• Adept at defining and driving business and product roadmaps and executing relevant strategies within the domain or reference architecture.
• Advanced business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced communication and influencing skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability with advanced delivery skills.
• Proven track record of delivering at pace with high quality.
• Ability to create both technology blueprints and engineering roadmaps for a multi-year data transformational journey.
• Qualification: B.Tech.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Ab Initio platforms and AWS cloud solutions.
