Product Manager

Overview

Product Manager for a TechGrove AI Engineering Pod, owning end-to-end delivery from backlog to production in line with the Product Owner’s priorities.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end feature delivery from backlog to production.
• Own and groom the product backlog, translating vision into user stories.
• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Serve as the primary delivery interface between the pod and OpCo stakeholders.
• Adapt Agile practices for AI-native, agentic tooling-based delivery.
• Establish and track delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, quality) for forecasting and risk surfacing.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers and ensure definition of done for release.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in product management, delivery management, and/or Scrum Master roles for software engineering teams.
• Deep hands-on command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to manage a product backlog and define acceptance criteria.
• Strong technical literacy with software architecture, APIs, cloud-native delivery, and SDLC trade-offs.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling (Claude Code or similar).
• Exceptional communication to align business and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
