Senior Manager, Product Owner

Overview

Senior Manager, Product Owner to support product execution for Amtech’s labeling ERP product line and coordinate India-based product owner processes across labeling and corrugated lines.

What you'll do

• Translate labeling roadmap initiatives into epics, user stories, and backlog items.
• Produce and maintain labeling product artifacts in partnership with in-market leadership.
• Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and fixes aligned to roadmap direction.
• Coordinate and oversee agile ceremonies for India-based product owners, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Reviews.
• Act as a quality gate on PDLC artifacts and support a community of practice for product owners.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and architecture teams through sprint planning, development, and release cycles.

What you'll need

• 8+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a software environment, including coordinating other product owners.
• 5+ years experience leading or coordinating other product owners.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum and facilitating agile ceremonies, including PI planning.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience managing product backlogs and writing/modifying user stories and product requirements.
• Ability to set and uphold quality standards for product artifacts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with distributed/in-market teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with manufacturing, ERP, or scheduling applications.
• Knowledge of production operations, shop floor workflows, or manufacturing analytics.
• Experience working in a distributed/offshore model with in-market product leadership.
• Experience establishing or supporting a product-owner community of practice.
• Experience with Jira or similar backlog management systems.
