Product Owner

Overview

Product Owner role with substantial experience in banking, payments, fintech, or financial services.

What you'll do

• Own the product roadmap and backlog from discovery through implementation and optimization.
• Conduct requirements analysis, process mapping, and user-story development.
• Write acceptance criteria for deliverables.
• Use data and operational insight to make prioritization and control-design decisions.
• Coordinate Agile/Scrum delivery using Jira and Confluence.
• Manage, facilitate, negotiate, and communicate with stakeholders including executives.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in banking, payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Substantial experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
• Strong domain knowledge in fraud prevention and/or financial crime.
• Practical exposure to one or more of: payment fraud, scams, account takeover, AML transaction monitoring, sanctions, KYC/CDD/EDD, or investigations.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of APIs, event-driven integrations, data flows, and modern banking technology environments.
