Product Manager

About the role

We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of customer-centric digital products. You'll drive product vision, translate business needs into compelling features, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Define and communicate clear product strategy and roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs
• Gather and synthesize business requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research to inform product decisions
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and product success
• Conduct user research and leverage data analytics to validate hypotheses and drive customer-centric product iterations
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch, including defining success metrics and monitoring product performance

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of proven product management experience in digital products or SaaS environments
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
• Background in B2B or enterprise software products
