Product Manager - AI Neobank App

Overview

Own product areas within BJAK's AI Neobank app, from understanding user problems and defining direction through launch, measurement, and iteration.

What you'll do

• Own product areas across financial services including insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
• Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys.
• Use data, feedback, research, and production issues to improve decisions.
• Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations.
• Balance speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

What you'll need

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or in a similar role.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products.
• Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
• Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership and ability to work with limited guidance.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products.
