Product Manager

Overview

Own the core contract workflow that legal and business teams use daily, from collaborative drafting and redlining through negotiation, approval routing, and signing, and impose a single prioritised roadmap on the area.

What you'll do

• Own discovery for your area by running customer and prospect conversations every week and turning them into a clear view of who you're building for and why it matters.
• Make evidence-based decisions by instrumenting what you ship, stating your confidence level upfront, and tracking whether you were right.
• Partner with engineering and design end to end through the build, and brief downstream teams (support, sales and others) before each release.
• De-risk before you build by testing the riskiest assumptions before committing engineering time.
• Prioritise ruthlessly by keeping one ranked backlog sized against real customer demand, and defend the business case and trade-offs behind each roadmap call.
• Ship iteratively by delivering a working increment every sprint, each tied to a real outcome or learning.

What you'll need

• Product management experience owning a feature or workflow end to end to a measurable outcome.
• Comfort working in a high-usage, multi-stakeholder area where prioritisation is a core skill.
• Ability to ramp quickly in a legal or contract-heavy domain if you don't already have that background.

Nice to have

• Background in document collaboration, e-signature, contract or legal tech, or workflow automation products.
• Prior experience in a regulated domain where explainability or audit was a hard requirement.
• Exposure to agent-action protocols (e.g., MCP) or policy-engine design for agentic systems.
