Product Manager

Overview

Glance AI is hiring a Product Manager to own consumer-facing AI-native experiences from understanding user problems through launch, adoption, engagement, and iteration.

What you'll do

• Own consumer journeys and experiences end to end.
• Identify user problems and translate them into product priorities.
• Partner with design to shape intuitive and differentiated interactions.
• Design and refine flows, states, feedback, and discovery across the product.
• Drive activation, engagement, retention, and repeat usage.
• Work with engineering and AI teams to evaluate feasibility, failure points, and trade-offs.
• Use research, experiments, and user behavior to continuously improve the product.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of product management experience (preferably in consumer technology).
• Experience building and shipping consumer products at meaningful scale.
• Strong product taste and instinct for UX and interaction design.
• Deep understanding of user behavior and habit-forming experiences.
• Ability to solve underlying user problems beyond feature requests.
• Strong execution and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on relationship with generative AI.
