Product Manager | South Cone

Overview

Own the strategy, performance, and evolution of EBANX local payment solutions across the South Cone. Lead the product from discovery through adoption, connecting merchant needs, business priorities, and market opportunities.

What you'll do

• Define product vision and long-term strategy for South Cone payment solutions.
• Represent the product across the organization and connect local market dynamics with global direction.
• Lead customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Partner with commercial, operations, finance, marketing, legal, and engineering teams.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through launch and iteration.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, including training, positioning, and performance tracking.
• Monitor TPV, revenue, costs, and margins to identify growth and optimization opportunities.

What you'll need

• Experience in product management or product strategy.
• Understanding of the payments ecosystem, including issuers, acquirers, APMs, schemes, PSPs, settlement, FX, and regulations.
• Strong business acumen connecting product decisions to revenue, cost efficiency, and market impact.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a global and multicultural environment.
• Hands-on experience with product discovery, market research, stakeholder alignment, and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Portuguese language skills.
• Experience leading local payment strategy in Latin American markets, especially the South Cone.
• Deep knowledge of the LATAM payments ecosystem.
• Experience launching and scaling payment solutions.
