Director, Enterprise Systems & Architecture (LATAM)

Overview

Lead the technical vision, architecture, and operations of enterprise systems and emerging AI use cases across commercial, financial, GTM, data, and integration platforms. Directly manage Salesforce administration and NetSuite techno-functional teams while building governed, scalable systems for a public-company environment.

What you'll do

• Define the enterprise systems architecture roadmap across Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, Orb, and related platforms.
• Lead integration design using event-driven, API-first, and middleware patterns.
• Establish architecture governance, review processes, standards, and formal design approvals.
• Govern AI agent infrastructure, including identity, APIs, secrets, logging, version control, and CI/CD.
• Build observability and audit evidence for AI agent operations and compliance.
• Lead and develop business systems administrators and contractors.
• Manage vendors and contractors against architectural and governance standards.

What you'll need

• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Business Systems, or Platform Engineering.
• Production experience deploying, monitoring, and governing AI agents or LLM-powered workflows.
• Deep Salesforce architecture and governance experience at scale.
• Strong architectural and operational knowledge of NetSuite and Snowflake.
• Experience with API gateways, secrets management, and identity-based access controls.
• Understanding of SOX controls, GDPR/CCPA, and public-company compliance evidence.
• Experience managing multifunctional business systems or platform teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms such as Fivetran, Polytomic, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Celigo.
• Master data management, data governance, analytics architecture, or Tableau experience.
• Salesforce or NetSuite certifications.
• Architecture and security frameworks for responsible AI usage.
