Partner Solutions Architect (Colombia)

Overview

Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) for Datadog, acting as a technical expert and advisor for partner resources and the Partner channel in Colombia.

What you'll do

• Lead onboarding, training, enablement, and certification for partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with partner technical teams.
• Support partner technical initiatives including end-customer demonstrations and proofs of value.
• Provide assessment, advice, and coaching on lead practices for partners.
• Advocate partner technical concerns with Datadog internal teams to drive resolution.
• Analyze partner service offerings and recommend improvements for greater Datadog feature adoption.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services to identify and prioritize new features.

What you'll need

• 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner-facing technical role.
• Hands-on technical grounding in IT Development and/or Operations.
• Demonstrable track record with a strong learning mindset.
• Ability to present confidently and communicate Datadog value.
• Hands-on experience in two or more areas: Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt, or CI/CD.
• Examples of acceptable tools/technologies include AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, and Python/JavaScript/Ruby/Go, among others.
