Overview
Salesforce Developer role focused on building and maintaining Salesforce deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related DevOps tooling.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related DevOps tooling.
- Manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production Salesforce environments.
- Support version control and branching strategies for development and release workflows.
- Orchestrate releases, including environment management, backup, and rollback processes.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, and environment synchronization issues.
- Establish standards for release governance, testing, compliance, and change management.
What you'll need
- 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience including deployment and release management.
- Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle management.
- Experience with Git, branching models, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Change Sets, Metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment troubleshooting.
- Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and business teams.
Details
- Location: Bogotá, Bogota, Colombia.
- Mode: Remote contract role with candidates located in LATAM excluding Mexico.
- Work requirement: able to support U.S. Central Time working hours.
- Time commitment: approximately 40 hours per week.
- Current engagement end date: March 31, 2027.
