#103 - Salesforce CRM Developer (Apex & Agentforce)

Overview

Salesforce CRM Developer to design, build, and support scalable Salesforce CRM solutions focused on custom development, automation, integrations, and AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
• Build reusable Apex services, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, and automation frameworks.
• Develop scalable automation and integration solutions following platform best practices.
• Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences and AI-assisted workflows for sales, service, and operations.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis to deploy reliable fixes.
• Handle code reviews, testing, release planning, deployments, and technical documentation.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex.
• Hands-on expertise with SOQL.
• Hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce triggers.
• Hands-on expertise with asynchronous Salesforce processing.
• Experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

Details

• Contract engagement with 100% allocation, approximately 40 hours per week.
• Remote engagement and ability to work U.S. Central Time hours is required.
• Must be located in LATAM.
• Expected contract end date: March 31, 2027.
