Product Manager (Technical) - Identity & Access Management

Overview

Product Manager (Technical) for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), shaping and delivering secure access to Zinnia’s platform.

What you'll do

• Own the CIAM product backlog and contribute to the CIAM roadmap across consumer, partner, and workforce identity.
• Write requirements and user stories covering authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture on identity protocol decisions and implementation (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM).
• Collaborate with Engineering and Security as the day-to-day contact for identity requirements.
• Work with Security, Risk, and Compliance to ensure identity features meet applicable regulatory obligations.
• Track feature performance and prioritize improvements using success metrics.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in Product Management with exposure to identity/access management or CIAM.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s (or equivalent) degree in technology or a related field.
• Working knowledge of identity standards and protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM.
• Familiarity with CIAM/IAM platforms and identity providers (examples listed).
• Understanding of authentication/authorization models including SSO, MFA, passwordless, RBAC/ABAC.
• Hands-on understanding of API integration, SQL, and data analysis.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
