Product Ops Intern

Overview

Work as a Product Ops Intern to build AI agent workflows and manage app-connect operations, from onboarding to approval tracking and partner enablement.

What you'll do

• Write and refine manual playbooks for agent operations.
• Build AI agents that watch inboxes, send follow-ups, and update trackers.
• Convert repetitive outreach and tracking into self-running workflows.
• Onboard new app connectors by securing OAuth approvals and API access.
• Set up sandbox credentials and test accounts, and complete verification steps.
• Track app approval statuses and follow through until approvals land.
• Create demo videos and scope-mapping documents for partners.

What you'll need

• Experience building with AI day-to-day.
• Ability to keep 50+ work threads in motion without missing items.
• An engineering background (BTech, CS, or similar) with projects built and shipped.
• Clean writing to communicate in partner/customer inboxes without a second draft.
• Ability to be in Bengaluru in person for the full 2 months of the internship.
• Comfort automating tasks rather than repeating them.

• Internship tenure is 2 months, with potential extension to 6 months.
• In-person requirement: Bengaluru for the internship duration.
