Product Portfolio Architect

Overview

Own the architecture, integration, maintainability, and operational handover of the E&C ALign digital solution portfolio across project management, engineering, sales and technologies, and manufacturing/OT domains.

What you'll do

• Manage cross-domain digital solution roadmaps across the E&C ALign program and InnoTech business domains.
• Review and harmonize System Integrator specifications across AVEVA, ERP, and existing tools.
• Ensure integrated solutions are supportable, maintainable, and cost-effective after go-live.
• Execute the transition from project delivery to operations, including support models, SLAs, licensing, and IT upskilling.
• Identify and mitigate technical debt and excessive customization.
• Coordinate stakeholders to deliver project milestones within scope.
• Assess application consolidation, cost-saving, and standardization opportunities.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• Experience heading digital products or acting as a Product Owner for internal enterprise suites.
• Experience leading technical or integration work in large, multi-year IT transformation programs.
• Understanding of the EPC asset lifecycle.
• Experience overseeing integrations between engineering design tools, project controls or scheduling tools, and Tier-1 ERPs.
• Ability to lead by influence in a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AVEVA E3D or AVEVA Engineering.
• Experience with the Hexagon SmartPlant Suite.
