Product Strategy & Automations Specialist, Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS), Associate

Overview

Support the MASS Income team by translating business needs into technology enhancements and automation initiatives, using AI and Python to improve processes, systems, services, client content and investment analytics. Help inform product strategy and commercial growth through market, customer and competitive landscape expertise.

What you'll do

• Leverage technology, AI and Python to develop scalable tools, automate workflows, and enhance client content and investment analytics.
• Build tools and visualizations to better present data and analytics to clients.
• Collaborate closely with senior investors, sales & distribution, marketing, legal and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy decisions and drive the product roadmap.
• Support all aspects of commercial growth, including developing marketing materials and completing RFPs.
• Perform regular quality control of external facing content and help trouble shoot issues as they arise.

What you'll need

• 3-6 years of investment industry/relevant experience.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and Python, including large language models, copilots, or automation platforms, to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar to support insight generation and decision-making.
• Comfort learning and adopting new technologies quickly, with a proven ability to evaluate tools for scalability and business impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to synthesize and articulate complex issues and ideas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PPT and Excel, and experience working with technical concepts and analytical tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail, and superb organizational and time management skills.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building, customising, or deploying AI-enabled tools, workflows, or prototypes, such as prompt engineering, APIs, or no-code/low-code platforms.
• Exposure to BlackRock’s Aladdin tools is a plus, including Explore, ATX, PRT, or others.

• Location: Mumbai, India.
• Hybrid work model requiring at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
• Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
