Production Analyst/Planner

Overview

The Production Analyst/Planner drives pre-production and production planning and delivery execution, ensures logistics compliance, and communicates production and delivery status to relevant departments.

What you'll do

• Ensure continuous improvement in delivery performance for assigned vendors to meet production goals.
• Proactively identify and address production and capacity issues.
• Ensure factory corrective action plans are established and follow up on areas where performance lags.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting quality and delivery.
• Manage production exceptions as needed.
• Drive partnership enhancement and reconcile discrepancies or disputes that might affect garment delivery and quality.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with related cross-functional departments and other business partners.
• Review and analyze production reports with vendors and validate data accuracy.
• Communicate issues to relevant departments.
• Keep internal systems and related LOs/HO updated accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide vendors with updates and training on relevant production documents and processes, and ensure vendors follow them.
• Frequently visit factories to review production status.
• Work with vendors on issue prevention and resolution.
• Work with the vendor logistics team to ensure vendor compliance, shipping document accuracy, and payment settlement in the system.
• Work with relevant departments and teams on payments.
• Deploy process improvement and vendor empowerment.
• Support other company initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4-6 years of professional experience.
• General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.

• Travel: Occasional, up to 10%.
