Professional Services Engineer

Overview

Provide professional services for Cyberhaven’s security solution, including client implementation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, training, and technical guidance.

What you'll do

• Lead implementation and configuration within client environments.
• Assess client requirements and create dataset and policy solutions.
• Analyze logs, debug software, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Coordinate resolutions with Support, Engineering, Operations, and other teams.
• Deliver technical training to end users.
• Provide client guidance, progress updates, and post-implementation reviews.
• Escalate and resolve technical issues and system discrepancies.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Delivery Management, or Professional Services.
• Endpoint security experience in cybersecurity and data loss prevention.
• Experience delivering complex technical solutions, preferably in Professional Services or Consulting.
• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting SaaS security or endpoint agent technologies.
• Knowledge of data classification, DLP policies, web technologies, APIs, and data integration.
• Understanding of system architecture, network protocols, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Practical knowledge of macOS and Windows ecosystems, including relevant administration tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with DLP solutions such as Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee DLP, Fortra, Trend Micro, Check Point, Next DLP, or Proofpoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent advanced industry certifications.
