Project Engineer-EES

Overview

Project Engineer responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting engineering projects from initiation through completion, including on-site execution and coordination with project stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Support the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, contractors, customers, consultants, and suppliers.
• Review project requirements, specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Track project progress, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates.
• Supervise and control on-site activities daily.
• Assist with design reviews, testing, commissioning, and implementation.

What you'll need

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• ITI/NCTVT in HVAC with 7–8 years of hands-on project execution experience.
• Experience in project engineering, project coordination, or technical project delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Understanding of engineering principles, project management practices, and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant engineering or project management tools.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineering or project management certification.
• Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit MEP.

• Location: Gurgaon, Haryana.
• Work mode: On-site, five days per week.
• English or Hindi communication skills required.
