Project Engineer Product Transfer

Overview

Project Engineer Product Transfer supports implementation of supplier-initiated change request (SICR) procedures and electronic systems, including review, alignment, and approvals.

What you'll do

• Support process improvements for Corporate/Site/Division supplier change request procedures.
• Own, execute, and maintain electronic systems for SICRs, including SICR Database and OnePLM SICR Library.
• Challenge supplier SICR forms for completeness and accuracy and coordinate corrections.
• Review supplier-submitted SICRs and ensure missing information and deliverables are addressed for approval.
• Organize SCRB with key stakeholders and obtain buy-in for the change type.
• Execute ECR/ECNs and promotion requests in OnePLM for change approval at Stryker.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (or equivalency).
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 820.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to different geographical locations.
• Hands-on experience with PPAP, MSA, and SPC documentation creation, review, and supplier approval.
