Project Leader / SME for PP/QM/ATTP

Overview

Leads IT projects from initiation to business value realization, designing and implementing information processes and systems and acting as Subject Matter Expert for PP, QM and ATTP (serialization).

What you'll do

• Manage projects from initiation to business value realization.
• Engineer business processes.
• Prioritize and challenge changes in line with IT strategy.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert.
• Manage the IT systems lifecycle.
• Maintain process, technical and training documentation.
• Perform testing and validation.
• Organize functional forums and train trainers.
• Provide second line support.
• Develop the IT landscape with BPOs and IT partners.
• Deliver projects on time, in budget and according to specifications and compliance (CSV).
• Integrate processes across business domains.

What you'll need

• Minimum 15+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge in QM, PP and ATTP (serialization).
• Strong project management skills.
• Pharma experience with exposure to CSV.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience.
• Ability to lead project teams, learn quickly, work collaboratively and demonstrate intercultural awareness.
• Independent and reliable worker.
• Team player with strong communication skills and intercultural skills.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree (MBA, M.Tech, or equivalent) is preferred.
• SAP Certification in PP, QM, or ATTP is an added advantage.
• Training or certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is desirable.
• Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain domain experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP regulations is preferred.

• Accountable for IT project portfolio outcomes; negative project performance may impact business goals and project delivery.
• KPIs: deliver projects on time, within budget and according to specifications; provide stable IT systems.
