Project Manager 4C

Overview

Project Manager role at Genpact focused on revenue forecasting, resource allocation, timesheet compliance and SOW tracking for project delivery and billing.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and drive weekly and monthly revenue forecasting reviews with Delivery and Sales teams, ensuring timely submissions and forecast accuracy.
• Prepare and submit BPR files to support ROOT submission on a monthly basis.
• Track and monitor revenue performance against forecast and budget, highlighting risks and variances.
• Review and monitor resource allocation across project PIDs, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Drive timesheet compliance, including tracking, follow-up, and resolution of timesheet correction requests.
• Monitor key project milestones and proactively identify risks that may impact delivery, billing, or revenue recognition.
• Schedule and facilitate recurring calls with Controllership and Order Management teams, particularly during month-end and quarter-end close, to resolve PID, resource allocation, and operational issues.
• Maintain and track open SOWs, ensuring timely closure.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Business Analytics, or Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification (Amazon Web Services).
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Project Management, Risk Management, Storytelling.
• English language proficiency: Proficient - C2.
