Senior Project Manager

Overview

Lead major projects to successful outcomes, taking total responsibility for their overall success and guiding teams through each phase to meet client expectations and JLL's commercial objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead the project team and establish an effective organisational structure for reporting, communication and working procedures.
• Ensure clear project objectives and quality control systems are in place.
• Attend project meetings, submit monthly reports and monitor project budgets.
• Maintain a strong, positive relationship with clients by identifying their needs, requirements and constraints.
• Manage project revenue and payment cycles.
• Identify business opportunities and support the preparation of PM proposals, including surveying client needs.
• Develop relationships with other company business lines.
• Create a network of professional consultants who can deliver the required scope of every project.
• Handle contract administration of all vendors professionally and according to legal requirements.
• Identify project risks and mitigate them.
• Develop project-related reports, analyses and reviews regularly.

What you'll need

• A degree in any property-related discipline, or equivalent.
• 12 to 15 years' experience in design, construction or project management.
• Understanding of the legal environment for each project in respect to planning, commercial aspects and delivery.
• Use of technology platforms to deliver projects.
• Superior communication skills for handling complex conversations with business owners, senior executives and decision makers.
