Senior Project Manager

Overview

Lead the end-to-end execution and delivery of large-scale Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects, including CCTV, access control, building controls, fire alarm and security systems.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end project execution of IBMS, Fire & Security, and Building Controls projects.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, costs, timelines, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Drive installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Manage change orders, project documentation, and project reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and EHS guidelines.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide project engineers and site teams.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• 10-15+ years of experience in project management and execution within the Building Technologies, Fire & Security, or IBMS domain.
• Proven experience managing large and complex projects involving CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems (ACS), Fire Alarm Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), and Security and Building Controls Solutions.
• Knowledge of IBMS architecture and integration platforms.
• Experience in project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Fire & Security systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Nice to have

• PMP/Prince2 certification.
