Project Manager

Overview

Project Manager responsible for leading and governing end-to-end NOC, SOC, Service Desk, and Monitoring Operations in a 24×7 managed services environment.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end NOC, SOC, Service Desk, and Monitoring Operations aligned to customer business objectives.
• Manage Service Desk and Call Centre operations, including ticket lifecycle, escalation governance, and customer communications.
• Drive Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and service restoration.
• Govern operational performance using SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, KPIs, and service reporting frameworks.
• Ensure 24×7 service delivery for availability, reliability, security, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Application Performance Monitoring (APM), observability, and proactive monitoring platforms.
• Manage governance, compliance, risks, dependencies, and operational performance reporting to customer and leadership teams.

What you'll need

• 10–15 years of proven experience in project management delivering medium to large-scale IT/business projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with NOC, SOC, Helpdesk Operations, SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), and APM/observability practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India.
