Project Manager

Overview

An individual contributor role splitting time between project management of Finance Source To Pay (S2P) initiatives and supporting reporting and analytics.

What you'll do

• Manage Finance S2P projects, including business and technical process changes, reporting enhancements, and application implementations, through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, issues, and changes.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Partner in the development of self-service analytics solutions.
• Understand and document business requirements for reporting and analytics projects.
• Engage in cross-team collaboration with multiple business units, including those with varying levels of analytical experience.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Visio (for process design/architecture).
• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Shared Google Drives and MS SharePoint.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization using Excel.
• 2-3 years of experience in business operations, with a focus on project management and/or reporting and analytics.

Nice to have

• Degree with a concentration in Finance, Operations, Statistics or Business Administration.
• MS Power BI.
• Familiarity with processes around Procure-to-Pay, Travel & Expense or a similar area of finance.
