Project Support Specialist

Overview

Supports clinical study project teams by coordinating timelines, meetings, systems, training, documentation, supplies, communications, and study materials.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain project timelines and document updates.
• Schedule meetings, circulate agendas and minutes, and file records.
• Maintain study data, contacts, milestones, access, and training records in project systems.
• Manage shared study sites, email boxes, user access, supplies, and binders.
• Maintain study trackers and send study communications as directed.
• Support safety report distribution, document translation, study material reconciliation, and project reporting.
• Act as a contact for project requests from teams, sponsors, and vendors.

What you'll need

• A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or similar.
• Fluency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Professional-level English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, company SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and independent planning ability.
