Project Support Specialist

Overview

Provide cross-functional project support for clinical studies, helping project teams maintain timelines, systems, documentation, communications, training, and study materials.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain project timelines and distribute documented updates.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and file study documentation.
• Maintain clinical trial management system data, milestone dates, contacts, projections, and helpdesk requests.
• Prepare and track study-specific training and identify training gaps.
• Manage study workspaces, email boxes, and user access to study systems.
• Coordinate study supplies, binders, trackers, communications, and study materials.
• Support study reports, safety report distribution, translations, and project-related requests.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or similar.
• A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Professional-level English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, company SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
