Project Coordinator

Overview

Project Coordinator responsible for coordinating between project stakeholders and preparing management information reports.

What you'll do

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
• Assist with planning and executing construction projects.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and approvals for construction projects.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate project change orders.

What you'll need

• Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management with Civil Engineering or B.Arch.
• Experience in residential, commercial buildings, hospitality, or healthcare projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
